Terms and Conditions for the CTMI-eVault service

Welcome to CTMI-eVault, a secure file upload and storage service provided by ChamberTrust Management International Inc. ("CTMI"). By accessing or using CT MI-eVault, you ("User" or "Subscriber") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

By creating an account, uploading or downloading files to CTMI-eVault, you affirm that you are using CTMI-eVault for business purposes only, at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. CTMI-eVable is an online service that allows Users to securely upload, store, and manage digital files. The service utilizes multi-layered encryption, auto-notarization, and other technical measures to protect User data.

Your privacy is important to us. You retain ownership of the content you upload to CTMI-eVault. However, by uploading content, you grant CTMI a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose providing the CTMI-eVault service.
